Booking Policy
To book and reserve date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This goes towards your invoice balance.
Booking is confirmed once deposit is received.
Remaining balance due on or before date of install or pick-up.
Inquiries placed 2 weeks within the event date, require full payment to reserve date.
Inquiries placed within 5 days of the event date are subject to a $50 rush fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your service, cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to karenmaemair@gmail.com no less than 72 hours of scheduled booking date.
The full invoice amount will be due if cancellation is made within 72 hours on scheduled event.
All deposits are final. Should you need to cancel your service, deposits will not be refunded.
A credit can be issued if rescheduling your event occurs, when 72 hour notification is given.
