Balloon Disclaimer

Balloons are beautiful and make a fun statement at any event, however as we all know balloons are temporary and there are a few things to keep in mind when ordering a Balloon Garland:

Although high quality balloons are used, precautions are taken and techniques are done to make the balloons look their best and last as long as possible; balloons occasionally deflate and/or pop sooner than expected due to uncontrollable factors.

We cannot guarantee the lifespan of the balloons, as they are affected by heat, high temperatures, wind, rain, rough handling, and sharp objects.

As they are prone to deflate, pop, and sometime oxidize in direct sunlight; it is best to install in a shaded area if possible.

We are not responsible for balloons after they are installed.

Unless agreed on prior to install, balloons are yours to keep as you please. You are responsible for transferring & removing balloons from venue after we leave the install.

Damage or Loss of Accessories

Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of Karen Mae Creative Co. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost.
